I really idolize people who work out and eat grass just to have that mouth watering body, its a huge sacrifice to barely and sometimes never eat meat and fast food, which I cant do, I dont have a huge tummy but i also dont have good muscle, i salute muscular people

Hey man, definitely read into Dr Satchin Panda's research about the time window needed between each meal. The shorted the time frame the better between, takes long to explain but just have a read yourself. He got a Nobel prize a few years back for the research he's done on the eating cycle that keeps you looking better for a longer period of time.

Brain octane oil is great and I consume it everyday too. It is fractionated coconut/palm oil, and a saturated fat.

Great content! You clearly work hard to produce it. Thanks for sharing. May I suggest beginning your day with water (I add lemon). Then move to coffee/tea as I've heard its not optimal to begin with coffee. I'd also recommend breaking your fast gently. Ideally with a fresh celery juice or a smoothie. I look forward to more of your great vids!

You're not actually fasting until whenever you have your first meal if you are taking pills/supps and having coffee in the morning. The basis behind IF and Time Restricted eating is that you don't intake anything into your body that is not water because it will be processed by your liver and make your body think that you are going to be eating. The only real way to fast is to only intake water until you have your first meal then all of your pills and supps should be taken.

Kudos for the Video clip! Forgive me for chiming in, I would love your thoughts. Have you considered - Dinanlinson Natural Beauty Approach (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a good exclusive product for learning what to eat to look younger minus the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my BF got amazing success with it.

Be sure that the coffee in the morning is sugarless and without milk, so basically a black coffee. Otherwise it does have calories, and you’re technically breaking your fast.

I honestly never understand people who live a "healthy" life, but don't mind taking all of those supplements and chemicals. May be stop cutting on actual food instead? Human body was designed to get all the nutrients needed from the food. If you eat all of the food groups in adequate quantities, you will not need supplements of any kind. But no judging, it's your life, you can live it however you want ;)

supplements doesn't equal chemicals. I just read that our foods aren't as nutritious anymore as they once were, based on the fact that we're farming on a mass-scale now.. but like you said, to each his own, I feel best like this :)

Hello, i have one question for you. If you have your last meal in 8pm, how it is possible to have enough energy from your wake up till 12 pm? You should feel really hungry, don't you? Btw thank you for this video

you know, at first yes, but hunger has a lot to do with habits. we actually have enough energy to push through, we;re just hungry because that's when we usually eat -- that's what I've exerienced anyway :)

Nice video Marcel! Morning routine vid would be interesting. Man not to play environmentalist card too hard here but Keurig cups are horrible for the planet.. you should look into getting a pour-over like a Chemex or something. Coffee tastes better and less waste

But if you look at it this way you’ve got to fashion your body to be healthy by eating right and exercise so it’s still kinda like fashion. I’m pescatarian for 3 years now I love it. Veggie are life. Yes morning routine video please. On the weekend i do intermediate fasting too I feel great. Water is key important.

A tip to people who want to try intermittent fasting but don't know where to start: timing isn't necessarily the end of the world as some days you wake up earlier than other days or go to sleep later some nights. Just work on pushing your first meal later into the day, every day add on time to that. It's weird at first but feels natural once you get on the routine. Start at 1 hour and aim to 4,5,6 hours after you wake up. Drink black coffee or add in some low calorie things if you must like almond milk and stevia. Just keep the cals low. If you feel tired or weak but want to save your calories and macros for later in the night, have a piece of fruit and a small amount of protein (15-25g) and it will refill your liver glycogen due to the simple sugars and hold you off until a bigger meal later into the day. Intermittent fasting is a great way to not feel like you're dieting even in a caloric deficit! It helped me drop 50 lbs of fat and now I use it whenever I'm trying to shed some lbs.
